Scope: Dashboard Design, UX for Reporting, Risk Framework Visualisation, Executive-Facing UI, Data Mapping

Overview: Brought in to design modern, effective reporting tools for the client’s evolving risk universe—with a focus on internal culture metrics and principal risk tracking.

Working closely with the risk and compliance teams, I created a clean, high-level UI aimed at senior leadership. The dashboard surfaces the organisation’s cultural health through a clear set of metrics and visual signals, helping leadership identify areas of concern and improvement.

Key metrics included:

• Code of Conduct training completion rates

• Disciplinary incidents and whistleblowing cases

• Highest and lowest scoring employee survey categories

• Overall satisfaction by department and trend direction

This work from conception, data mapping and finished designs was all done by myself.

Outcome: The dashboards were purchased and built into development, and is in use today
