Role: Lead Designer & Product Creator

Scope: Discovery, Wireframing, High-Fidelity UI, Workflow Mapping, User Research & Product Strategy

Overview: Custom-built application with integrated dashboards for executives and programme managers at a major UK energy company to give a clear, up-to-date view of internal programme performance.

The tool provides real-time visibility across multiple lenses—including overall RAG status, task tracking, actual vs forecast spend, and top risks making it easier to spot issues, align teams, and take informed action. Users can drill down into each programme to access detailed views with commentary, milestone tracking, trend indicators, workflow steps, and planning tools. The solution replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets which needed to be translated manually into slide decks and static export reports, helping drive more structured reporting and faster decision-making across departments.

My role included leading initial stakeholder conversations, mapping workflows, user research and designing high-fidelity, dev-ready wireframes and prototypes with real data use cases.

Outcome: The application was purchased and built into development, and is in use today
