Scope: Product Creation, User Research, Wireframes, Prototyping, High-Fidelity UI, Data Visualisation Design
Overview: A custom SaaS platform designed for a global telecoms company to track and manage Selling, General & Administrative (SGA) costs across divisions, regions, and business units.
The platform enables finance and operations teams to:
View high-level SGA summaries (YTD, YoY, by country, function, and division)
Analyse cost drivers and trends with region and function-specific breakdowns
Switch between currencies and filter by region, division, or cost category
Dive into deep analytics, including cost waterfalls, headcount vs cost ratios, and SGA vs revenue benchmarking
Custom dashboards help each team view their slice of the business, with a consistent interface that brings clarity to complex, multi-layered data.
Outcome: Led the product design from the earliest concept stage - working closely with end users and key stakeholders to prototype a flexible, high-clarity tool that could break down complex cost data into actionable insights. The prototype was later purchased and built into full production and is now used across the organisation.
