Scope: Workflow Design, Product Ideation, User Research, UX/UI, Dashboard Design, Production-Ready UI

Overview: A custom enterprise application designed for Europe’s largest fuel station owner to help standardise asset tracking and project management across the business.

I led the early product discovery and the UX/UI design for the entire platform, sitting with end users and building a cohesive system that replaced siloed processes with a unified tool now used company-wide.

The app includes:

• Project tracking dashboards with data on site, brand, project complexity, and budget vs invoice

• A digitised asset register for consistent asset categorisation and visibility across locations

• Embedded asset-level details within each project (e.g. buildings, signage, equipment)

• A dedicated disposals module to track asset disposals by type (land, buildings, equipment, etc.)

• Fully filterable and exportable data, designed for operational reporting and executive use
